- employment, business, qualifications and relevant experience

We collect your personal information in order to:
Process your application for Newpark membership and to assess your eligibility for lender
accreditation, and if this application is approved, to administer your membership with Newpark.

This information is collected by:
Newpark 2020 Limited and Newpark Broking Services Limited (together ‘Newpark’) and will
be stored at Level 2, 132 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland and by Newpark’s
data storage providers, including cloud-based data storage providers
(whether in New Zealand or elsewhere). Newpark takes all reasonable steps to keep such
information secure.

Other than Newpark staff, we share this information with:
Retail banks, lenders and third-party financial service providers in order to assess your
suitability for membership and accreditation through Newpark Group. Newpark may be
required to disclose your personal information if disclosure is required by law, including laws
of other jurisdictions, for example to government and regulatory authorities.

Providing some information is optional:
If you choose not to enter personal, business and education experience information, we will
be unable to provide membership with Newpark Group. You have the right to ask
for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be
corrected if you think it is wrong.
